I love bringing the elements of NLP, mindfulness and breath-work into counseling. As a Practitioner in Expressive Art and Healing, I also enjoy collaborating with clients to incorporate creativity into our wellness plan. I specialize in customizing your therapy to include hypnosis, creative and healing arts, and meditation work.
